Terms Auctions

  1. All bids are binding and violation of this will result in exclusion from future auctions.

  2. Auctions can have two different types of end times:
Fixed end time - The auction ends at the set time.
Dynamic end time - The auction is set up with "anti-sniping" and if a bid is placed shortly before the end of the bidding (e.g. bid within the last 5 minutes) the end time will be extended by a given time (e.g. 3 minutes). Information about the end time will be stated in the auction text.

  3. Starting price and reserve price (reserve price). Starting price is the lowest possible bid price. Reserve price is the lowest price the object can be sold for. In most cases, the starting price and reserve price will be identical, but in some cases the auction may have a lower starting price than the reserve price. As a general rule, the reserve price will be equal to the starting price unless otherwise stated in the auction text.

  4. Condition - The condition of the item will be described in the auction text and with pictures where necessary.

  5. Payment - After the auction ends, the customer will receive an invoice with a payment deadline of 7 days. For auctions where the final price exceeds 10,000 NOK, the payment deadline will be 14 days.

  6. The bid price includes fees and taxes, and there are no additional costs on the auction purchase itself. Shipping and handling of the item is in addition to the purchase price.

  7. Other terms of sale, terms of use and shipping terms for Laboge AS also apply to auctions.
